Humans have looked to and been nourished by seaweeds for thousands of years. Japanese cooked with it, Romans cured ailments with it, Ancient Greeks fed it to their animals. Irish bathed in it, and used it as a good luck charm believing it to bring a steady flow of money.

We think they're magical too. Nautical Farms seaweeds are high-protein vegetables. They are notoriously high in vitamins E & A, and are especially rich in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, iodine, and other trace minerals. They stimulate & strengthen the skin, hair, and nails, as well as nourish the endocrine system, particularly the thyroid and adrenal glands.
