berry & seaweed smoothie

It's the simple things in life that we often treasure the most. Lately, this summer inspired fruit smoothie packed with antioxidants from berries and Organic Sugar Kelp Flakes has been hitting the spot and cooling us down after tough morning workouts. 

It can be enjoyed light with the ingredients listed below or can be more hearty by adding oats, protein powder, additional fruits, chia seeds, etc. 

 

Prep Time: 5 mins

Makes: 16 oz cup 

 

You'll Need:

1 cup of small ice cubes

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (or alternate frozen fruit)

1 cup of fresh organic strawberries 

1 tbsp of Organic Sugar Kelp Flakes

3 tbsp of chunky peanut butter 

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

Dash of nutmeg

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Adjust flavors as needed.
